Design – Build Projects / CMAR Process

Job Order Contracting

The Job Order Contracting (JOC) delivery method is particularly well suited for the electrical industry. Many diverse tasks such as routine maintenance, upgrades and renovations, alterations and minor construction for a site are very efficiently handled using a single JOC contract. Many times the timing, type of work and scope quantities are unknown at the time the contract is signed. JOC establishes prices for each unit of work or material, so it is a fast and efficient way to arrive at a fixed price for each job.
