Design – Build Projects / CMAR Process
Our team is available to answer design questions and meet for reviews at any time during the Design-Build or CMAR process. We will make sure that the owner receives the quality product and professionalism that they deserve. The owner’s best interest will be first and foremost in achieving the building standard they envision. If LEED certification is desired or required, our staff of LEED professionals is readily available with excellence in sustainability, Design-Build assistance.
Job Order Contracting
The Job Order Contracting (JOC) delivery method is particularly well suited for the electrical industry. Many diverse tasks such as routine maintenance, upgrades and renovations, alterations and minor construction for a site are very efficiently handled using a single JOC contract. Many times the timing, type of work and scope quantities are unknown at the time the contract is signed. JOC establishes prices for each unit of work or material, so it is a fast and efficient way to arrive at a fixed price for each job.
