Urban Energy Solutions provides value to our clients with our licenses and accreditations as both a full service, electrical subcontractor and as a prime contractor on Owner-direct projects.

In the subcontracting capacity, we are able to provide construction managers, general contractors and design professionals the expertise and qualifications needed to assist with developing scope (remaining attentive to budget constraints), furnishing and installing the work and continuing service and maintenance after project completion. 

When operating as a prime contractor, we work with a select, qualified base of subcontracting partners and vendors to ensure the quality of the installed work at all times. In this type of work, we are most typically contracted directly with facility owners, property managers, and end users to develop, coordinate and schedule the scope of work to meet their system efficiency needs.

The Urban Energy Solutions leadership team provides a comprehensive array of project services including in-house preconstruction; conceptual design; and real time budgeting and estimating with professional engineers on staff.  We furnish, install, service and maintain the equipment, components, and systems we provide. Unlike many of our competitors, our work is performed in-house by our employees instead of being outsourced to others adding to the value, quality and consistency of the work performed.
